Quintin Hudgens - Executive DirectorQuintin is an Executive Director & CEO of Beta Omega Social Services (BOSS). Quintin has built the organization to be a leading community resource and youth advocacy organization focused on inner-city youth. He has led the nonprofit to serve communities within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan. Over the past 20 years, Quintin has built the organization so that it stands to be an organization to be recognized for its consistency and its commitment to fundraising and providing leadership development for the youth in the communities it serves.
Since graduating from Central University and earning his degree in Information Systems and his training as a nonprofit executive director training, Quintin recognized as a seasoned executive leader and advocate who successfully manages the daily responsibilities of overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of BOSS. Quintin now applies his diverse leadership experiences to help inner-city youth and other charitable nonprofits across the region to identify emerging trends, engage in critical policy issues, exchange proven practices, and advance their missions through advocacy. |
LT. Colonel Lee Bruner -Strategic, planning, chairmanMajor (Promotable) Lee M. Bruner III is currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Army. Since receiving his commission as an Armor Officer in 2003, he has served in various command and staff positions including Tank Platoon Leader and Reconnaissance Troop Commander. In 2012, MAJ (P) Bruner transitioned to the Army Acquisitions Corps, where he currently serves as a Program Management Officer. Over the past 7 years, he has been responsible for managing the procurement costs, project schedule, and overall system performance for several major Army systems with annual budgets in excess of $100 million. MAJ (P) Bruner has served three combat tours in Iraq and is a recipient of the Combat Action Badge.
MAJ (P) Bruner holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from "The Real HU,” Howard University, and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Troy University. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and DAWIA Level III in both Program Management and Information Technology. |
WILLE.WILDER,ESQ. – CHAIRMANWill E.Wilder, Esq. is an attorney at the international law firm of Jenner & Block LLP. His core focus is Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. He regularly counsels clients on health and welfare plan matters, criteria plans and wellness programs, including compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, and COBRA. He also assists clients in drafting plan documents and participant communications, correcting operational and fiduciary errors, merging and terminating plans, and negotiating administrative services agreements, among other matters. Additionally, Mr. Wilder has significant experience in counseling employers and benefits plan sponsors though Department Of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) benefit plan audits and investigations.

MILTON IRVING – VICE CHAIRMANMilton Irving serves as CEO & Executive Director of the Timothy Smith Network (TSN), his years before heading TSN he worked closely with C-Suite Executives, NGO`S and Elected officials to bring forth the benefits of technology innovation to support the purposeful development of online services to underserved communities. He`s viewed as a lead Civic Tech advisor, expert, and thought leader towards strategic business development that has fostered lasting achievements: In 2007 Milton helped to bring online the bipartisan digital media project (Public Internet Channel); Honorary co-chairs then Senator Barrack Obama & Senator McCain Of public internet Channel lead to foster a new national commitment to bringing public-purpose media online. Milton lead efforts that contributed to winning 3 Telly Awards (Civic Engagement).

FRED DEESE – TREASURERAfter nearly a decade of providing advanced web and application development services to both the private and public sector, Fred Deese co-founded Visual Connections, an information technology consulting firm, in 2007. As Chief Executive Officer of the company, Fred is focused on new business development, overall company positioning, and client relationships. Under his dedicated, entrepreneurial leadership, Fred has taken the company from $70,000 in annual revenues to a multi-million dollar organization. Since the company’s inception, he has held project management positions on many prominent and complex commercial and government IT projects, personally providing the services that have made Visual Connections widely recognized by its customers for its innovative technologies and quality work.
Fred brings extensive federal consulting experience to Visual Connections; he has supported multiple components within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Security Agency (NSA), Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and the Veterans Administration (VA) with efforts ranging from software development to program management support. Current projects with which Fred is involved include initiatives at the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Defense Logistics Agency among others. |

He has managed IT Outsourcing contracts with a total contract value of over $800 million, delivered over $20M in annual savings to outsourcing clients, achieved and sustained world-class operational performance at 5.3 sigma, and delivered 12 consecutive quarters of 80% NPS ratings. He has held global responsibilities for account management and service delivery focused on improving client satisfaction and bottom line results. His organization was the first in the US amongst all US companies to achieve the IEC/ISO 20000 IT Service management certifications. Sy has provided IT service to enterprise clients.
His client list includes enterprise clients like Procter and Gamble, Lockheed Martin, Nike, Disney, and Xerox. He has served on the Board of Directors for Christie Care and the National lota Foundation. |
